1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using BotForge ("Service", "Platform", "We", "Us"), operated by the service provider, you ("User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOTFORGE AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNATIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, DISCORD BOT DOWNTIME, OR HARDWARE FAILURE).

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service, including the hosting, execution, and deployment of Discord bots or associated server code, is at your sole risk.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on BotForge servers:

  • Hosting bots or scripts designed for Discord API abuse, raid automation, mass DM spamming, or violating Discord Developer Terms of Service.
  • Executing malicious software, crypto-mining, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized server probing.
  • Storing or transmitting illegal content, malware, phishing code, or copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Attempting to bypass server resource limits (RAM, CPU, storage, network bandwidth) allocated to your plan.

4. Account Responsibility & Bot Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Discord bot tokens uploaded to the Service. BotForge stores tokens in encrypted form, but you remain responsible for any actions taken using your account.

5. Service Availability & Modification

We strive to maintain high uptime, but We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or tier of the Service with or without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or bot process immediately, without prior notice, if We determine in our sole discretion that a User has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in abusive behavior.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Vienna, Austria.
